By utilizing our published resources and CCB membership, we are able to help people who are blind or encountering vision loss to access useful referrals to various agencies and peer mentors. We encourage all to bring their service animals and pet dogs to the Mutt Strut as long as they are on leash and under control at all times. If you do not have a dog, do not worry, we welcome all for the FUN Run/Walk. Snacks, water, and coffee will be available during the Run/Walk for all participants and volunteers. There will be opportunities to check out vendors, enjoy live entertainment, participate in a dog costume contest and a raffle, and much more. While at the event, don’t forget to take advantage of the Crescenta Valley Community Regional Park offerings. The park is nestled in a green tree-filled valley providing community access to a beautiful natural area of native California flora and fauna. People who frequent the park call it a “hidden jewel”.
